Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Monday, August 10, 2009, at the Ridgely Chapel of Curry Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely with the Rev. Larry Humbert officiating . Survivors include a son, Jeff Phebus of Bartlett; a sister, Laverne House of Ridgley; a brother, Jerry Shull and wife, Carolyn of Ridgely; and a sister-in-law, Ruth McCastlin of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Garland and Estelle Bargery Shull; her husband, Norman Phebus; and two brothers, Nard Calvin Shull and Harry Shull. Pallbearers will be Brandon Badgett, Dustin Badgett, Bob Shull, Larry Patterson, Andy Shull, Jake Yoes, and Ken Hickman. A woman of faith and strength, who raised herself and her family amid simple and poor circumstances, sacrificing for her children, her children's children and theirs. At her last, at 95 years of age, she remained a faithful and loving grandmother and true daughter of God. She died peacefully surrounded by family and friends. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 11th at Southside Baptist Church with Reverend Loren Stephens officiating. She was the third of six children. Funeral services for Mrs. Roberts will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, August 9, 2009 at Second Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Ronnie Turner and Reverend Johnny Welch. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Todd Geijer, Dean Armour, Kevin Joslin, Anthony Parham, Jim Gray and Pat Heinz. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 5-8pm at Curry Funeral Home. She had been a Christian since her early youth and was a member of the Second Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She was very interested in genealogy and along with her sister and daughters located the countries of origin of many of their ancestors. She had also been a member of the PTA. She married James V. Roberts on November 28, 1948 and he preceded her in death. She is survived by 3 daughters: LaRinda (Bobby) Middleton, Tuscumbia, AL, Lynne (Guenter) Ruthsatz, Linden, TN, and Eva Lynne (Steve) Rogers, Dyersburg, TN. He would most want to be remembered as the awesome father, husband, son, and brother he was. He was incredibly close to his family and friends. Flying, diving, hunting, woodworking, adventure sports, restoring motorcycles and vintage cars were just some of his many interests. Todd touched many lives in a positive way. He was always available to help others in their time of need, and he was a role model who led by example.

He is survived by two beautiful children; Caley and Luke, his wife, Susan Hutchinson Randolph; his mother and father, Linda Edlin Randolph and Kenneth Norris Randolph; his twin sisters, Robyn Randolph and Jessica "Kelly" Randolph and countless friends. He is deeply missed and will forever live in the hearts of those who love and cherish him.

She is survived by her daughter, Laurie Caudill and her son, Ernest "Quad" Rice, IV and wife Tammy Tucker Rice all of Dyersburg. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Brim were at 1 pm, Monday, July 6, 2009 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Reverend Charles Halliburton officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Dyersburg. He is survived by his daughter, Joanie Brim Owens of Dyersburg; six sisters, Sandra Kay Hipps and Lena Copeland of Dyersburg, Peggy Weeks of Milan, Linda Brown of Blytheville, AR, Patricia Lambske of Atlanta, GA, and Terry Frank of Vienna, VA; two brothers, Thomas Brim of Dyersburg, Roger Brim of Blytheville, AR; and, three grandchildren, Adrian Owens, Chelsey Owens, and Kelsey Owens all of Dyersburg. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today in the Ridgely chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Turner and the Rev. Charles Runions officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.

Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Dyersburg. Mrs. Reasons was a lon-time member of the Hawthorne Baptist Church in Dyersburg. She was a retired secretary for the Dyersburg State Gazette. She is survived by Vance Reasons, her husband of 64 years; three daughters, Linda Seratt and Tommy, Wanda Wilkerson and Doug, and Patty Johnson and Elioett, all of Dyersburg. She is also survived by one brohter, William R. Turner of Clinton, Mississippi, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eula Belle Henry Turner and Leonard C. Turner and two brothers Coy B. Turner and Leon Turner. Williams and husband, Dennis, of Germantown; a son, John W. Johnson and wife, Kathy, of Murfreesboro; and two granddaughters, Lauren Person and husband, David, of Murfreesboro and Nikki Johnson of Murfreesboro.
